At Tripti Ki Rasoi, we ensure that your homemade pickles and papad are packed carefully and shipped safely to your doorstep.
We use trusted courier partners through Shiprocket to deliver orders across India.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations may take longer depending on courier serviceability
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Transport issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen logistics issues.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor the delivery status in real time.
Damaged Package During Transit
If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered:
- Please take clear photos of the package and product
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@triptikirasoi.com
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned:
- Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Responsibility
We ensure proper packing and safe handover to courier partners. Responsibility for the product remains with us until it is delivered to you.
